We’re looking for a strategic, delivery-focused fundraising professional to join our team as Senior Programme Funding Manager, working across our corporate and foundation partnerships portfolio.

About the role

This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys building relationships, shaping fundable opportunities and converting interest into long-term funding. You will play a central role in progressing partnerships with corporates and foundations, from early conversations and warm introductions through to funding secured and ongoing stewardship. 

Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and Partnerships, senior stakeholders and programme delivery colleagues, you will help translate our programme ambitions, research insights and organisational strategy into compelling, donor-aligned funding propositions. You will be trusted to lead opportunities forward, maintain momentum across the pipeline, and support senior level engagement where appropriate. 

This role is ideal for an experienced fundraiser who understands the motivations of corporate and foundation donors, enjoys collaborative working, and is motivated by seeing opportunities progress from idea to income. As a small and ambitious organisation, we value initiative, sound judgement and a willingness to take ownership.
